Returns Policy - THIS RETURN POLICY IS ONLY VALID FOR PARTS PURCHASED
- If the product you have received is not correct, you may return it for credit prior to
installation.
- Any costs due to installation, service calls, personal and material harm and or other
alleged damages will not be the liability of Michigan Tournament Fleets, Inc.
- Electrical parts will be inspected and tested to verify they were not damaged. Any
electrical part that has been damaged is not returnable.
- Special Order items are considered final sale.
- If goods are damaged by shipping company you need to contact us within 3 days of
receiving damaged shipment to make a claim.
- Michigan Tournament Fleet does not refund any shipping charges unless it was a
wrong part error on our part.
- All returns must be within 14 days. A return authorization # (RGA) is required for us to
accept any returned product - call our parts department so they may understand your
issue and make sure you receive credit or a replacement item: 248-624-5155 or
contact us
- RGA# is not a guarantee of credit.
- Return policies may be modified without notice. Golf Cars are not covered under this
policy
Privacy Policy
- Michigan Tournament Fleet does not share customer information with outside
organizations. We do share billing information with our contracted partners including
payment gateway and payment processors only for the purpose of verifying and
collecting payment. We also share shipping information with parts warehouses (which
may or may not be owned and operated by Michigan Tournament Fleet) and shippers
(such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx) only for the purpose of providing parts and shipping
for customer orders.
- We collect only information required to either complete online or store orders, or to
contact you per your request. Your account information is kept secured and is not
shared.
- Session information, such as use of cookies, may be used to keep an accurate
shopping cart.
- If any data collection changes occur affecting your privacy, you will be notified of the
change.
- Any change to Privacy policies will be disclosed and posted on our Web site.
Price Policy
- Michigan Tournament Fleet always tries to publish fair and low prices. Our online
catalog and in store catalog may have some pricing discrepancies but we will work
with you to make sure you are satisfied.
